We're a virtual assistant agency that works exclusively with stay-at-home parents who want to earn flexible income, keep their resume and professional skills sharp, and learn new skills. We call our VA's, Sparents! )

Commitment & Availability: We value long term relationships, and strive for low turnover rates. We know that life can change on a dime, but we only consider applicants who are looking to work in this career and capacity for the foreseeable future. If that is not you, please DO NOT apply.

Although much of the work can be done at times that work best for you, Sparent VAs need to be available to respond to client communication M-F between 9-5. We strive for a 2-hour response time.

High Standards: Our team of Sparent VAs are vetted for both skills and compatibility with this style of work and our client profile. Although the work is typically flexible, there are high expectations put on excellent communication skills, work quality, resourcefulness, positive attitude, initiative, and deadline fulfillment. These standards speak to our service promise to deliver stellar, premium virtual support to our clients.

Here are the three ways to work with us! Vetting is required for each of these opportunities.

Be in our Sparent Select Talent Pool. Applicants with qualifying experience will be fully vetted and considered for Sparent Select assignments. Sparent Select VAs get matched with clients for three months. After 3 months, if both parties agree, you will transition to a direct hire with the client and be paid at least $25/hr.
Be a Go HighLevel VA! This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who already has experience with the Go HighLevel platform OR for someone who wants to obtain a very marketable skill. This path does require a Sassy OBM membership. We have partnered with Sassy OBM to offer this membership, which includes a library of training modules and accomplishment badges, for just $50/month. Sparent, LLC works exclusively with VAs who have earned Sassy OBM training badges. We place VAs with this validated GHL experience with clients seeking Go HighLevel support.
Join Sparent's Online Community, VA Rising. Your first month is free! Connect with other stay-at-home mom VAs, learn about the industry, learn how to be an in-demand VA, and hopefully get connected with potential clients from our CEO Rising community for women business owners. The VA Rising community was created because we get more great applicants than we can possibly hire and wanted to provide a means for those applicants to embark on a successful VA career. Membership in the community is $29/month after the 1st month. Must have approved Sparent application.
